他窩藏1歲兒2月 竟然是因為這原因

高雄市1名吳姓男子，3年前在打離婚官司時，擔憂曲姓妻子將1歲兒子帶回大陸，竟趁對方揹兒子到外交部補發護照時，強行解開揹帶後搶走兒子，並窩藏2個多月的時間，直到曲女申請保護令，他才帶兒子與對方會面；高雄地院依略誘未滿20歲之男子，脫離其他有監護權之人罪，判吳男6月徒刑，緩刑2年，全案仍可上訴。
據了解，2014年3月間，吳男與曲女生下兒子，後來兩人感情不睦，吳男決定訴請離婚，孰料，隔年8月28日，曲女在離婚判決前夕將兒子抱走，9月1日下午1時許，吳男擔心妻子會帶兒子回到大陸，遂前往外交部南部辦事處，趁曲女辦理補發護照時，強行解開對方胸前揹帶後抱走兒子。
吳男得手後，先將兒子寄放在保母家，再換掉自己岡山住處門鎖，才把兒子接回家同住，以免曲女找到兒子，直到同年10月24日，吳男接到保護令的諭知，必須透露兒子位置，他只好帶兒子到婦幼青少年活動中心，讓母子兩人相會。
曲女憤而提出告訴，吳男應訊時坦承犯行；法官認為，未成年子女的父母在法律上都享有親權，其中1人使孩子脫離另1方親權，均應負刑事上罪責，吳男爭奪子女作為談判籌碼，不但完全沒顧及子女感受，還顯現父母的自私，更易影響社會仿效風氣，不過吳男主動帶兒子出面仍可減刑，遂依略誘罪判他6月徒刑，緩刑2年，全案仍可上訴。

小護士「曼秀雷敦」製造商、上櫃藥廠東洋製藥前董事長林榮錦，因涉嫌將東洋製藥開發的乳癌、卵巢癌等多項專利製藥技術，以非常規交易方式，無償授權給瑞士Inopha AG公司，造成東洋製藥損失30億元，被依違反證交法等罪起訴，台北地方法院今（1）日判處他10年有期徒刑，可上訴。
檢方調查，林榮錦涉嫌自2008年起，擅自移轉東洋製藥多項專利製藥技術，包括乳癌、卵巢癌、精神分裂等藥品，東洋製藥在研發過程中至少投入數億元成本，但林榮錦未經董事會授權，就代表東洋製藥與瑞士Inopha AG公司簽署專屬授權合約，將研發技術授予，還約定藥品商業化收益歸於Inopha AG公司。
檢方指出，林榮錦投資的上櫃公司「晟德藥品」，旗下有子公司玉晟創投、孫公司宜諾法等3家公司，而Inopha AG公司就是宜諾法轉投資的公司，因此認定林榮錦涉嫌透過利益輸送掏空東洋製藥。
